Well, I survived that's a good thing!
I thought it was pretty simple. I felt mostly prepared to take calls.
It was nice knowing that the others around me could help.
I didn't like when the person on the other end of the phone, had a bad connection, didn't speak clearly, or the just wanted to hurry through with the phone call.
We'll see how this week goes. But so far, so good.
The high light was the Mr. who was SO happy to be purchasing the system, and went on for fifteen minutes about how great the company is and the sales rep. What a happy man!
