This weekend was really good for me.
I spent a much needed night with the Eagar's, eating Chili's till we got sick, watch some mo-fo. Seriously a good time. Times I've missed.
Saturday I got quite the makeover. Contacts, hair cut, and a dye job. It's refreshing.
Saturday was also my mother's 40th birthday. Sunday I threw her a party of course.
Full of family and friends! It was wonderful, and she rocked her birthday crown.
I love you mom!
Now it's back to school, looking for a job, and writing a paper.
Today I found a poem by my favorite poet that I love.
Birds are flyin' south for winter.
Here's the Weird-Bird headin' north.
Wings a-flappin', back 'n' forth.
He says, " It's not that I like ice
Or freezin' winds and snowy ground.
It's just sometimes it's kind of nice
To be the only bird in town."
I'm diggin it.
