Kicks And Quircks of Him.

My ever so lovely fiance does some things that I think are probably the funnest things ever.

For example he has this habit of taking pictures of bad parking jobs...

He has been doing this for 4 or 5 years and has acquired quite the collection of pictures.

He has ever so kindly lent me his computer to show you these pictures...

This is one thing I hope he never stops doing. 

I love him more for it. 

Good news, I've had an interview that went well and I will find out the verdict tomorrow!

I also have a possible interview opportunity coming up this week I am hoping!

Life is great and I'm loving every single moment of it. 

OH, I've found a NEW dress, this time I think this one is 'the one'.

I feel like a bride in this one, where as the other one not so much.

It makes me feel prettier than I have ever felt. The only downside is the price tag, but we'll make it work!

Progress.

Dress shopping went very quickly and effortlessly. I have picked out a dress!
It was literally a dress that was being cleaned out of the dressing room I was going to use and just ask the lady if she could leave that one.
It is a gorgeous dress! It does need some alterations which makes me nervous to envision what the final product may look like,  so I may still look around at some places to see if I find something I love that needs no add ons.
Hopefully no harm will come from looking.
We've been looking into photographers lately and we have one in mind, so I will keep you posted how that goes.
I've been on pinterest like crazy lately, looking at mostly flowers, these are things I like!

We have the venue booked, the cater picked, the colors decided, and invitations soon to be made!
I'd like to think we are pretty awesome at wedding planning so far.
Even though we have many other things to plan, we still know we have to wait about 6 more months till we can be Mr. & Mrs. It will be worth the wait I know.
In the mean time, I am still looking for a job in Salt Lake.. I am getting desperate.
So keep your ears open for me!

It's going to be a long weekend of nothing but working night and not seeing him. (lame)

Travis and I have purchased our very first piece of furniture together!
We assembled it and everything...

Changes.

As my life is continuing to change, I felt I should keep my blog at the same pace as my life.
I've renamed my blog "Him & Her", it's this silly nickname thing Travis and I have adopted, we call each him and her, and it's made really bad habits out of our speech. But it's cute none-the-less.
I also changed the URL to tmeetsa.blogspot.com.
Change is good. Anyway,
The dress is the part of the wedding planning that I have not started yet.

I have no idea where to start. Do I want a ball gown, or a princess dress? Long or short?

I am pretty much open to trying anything on... I do have some images via pinterest that caught my eye.

I would very much appreciate any help with ideas of where to go to try on some dresses!

Moving Along.

Turns out I was wrong about the bridal show, it was actually quite helpful and pretty calm.

We found invites we liked, a photo booth rental that was perfect, and the best photographer.

This wedding planning thing is going pretty smooth so far... Who knows how long it will stay. 

But for now, I am enjoying it.

I spend my free time now on pinterest and random wedding blogs looking at wedding photos.

On a side note, the photographer we love, Jessica, is having a competition between all the people who came to here booth at the bridal show. 

Basically all I am asking you to do is go 'like' THIS photo of Travis and I on Facebook AND like Jessica's photography page and we can get a certain amount of money off of our price to book her for our wedding.

We would really appreciate all the help we can get! The contest ends January 20th.

Blabber Mouth.

Now that I have decided to blog more I have run into a wall and have no idea what to blog about.
So until I get into the groove of blogging more, I am afraid to inform my blog may consist of useless rants, and the craze of planning a wedding (I couldn't be more excited).
Coming back to reality after Disneyland and Christmas sucked. Not fun at all.
I am still looking for a new job, still waiting to hear back from eBay and am still working a minimum wage job at subway.
At this point I am basically looking for anything full time and preferably some where up in Salt Lake county.
Everything else in life is AMAZING.
Wedding planning has yet to become stressful, I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that one.
Tomorrow there is a bridal fair in Salt Lake that my mom, myself and Travis are attending. I'm pretty excited  as well as nervous for all the crazy to-be-brides that will be there.
I'm picturing it being something like a black Friday sale, only with wedding dresses, photographers, and flowers.
Thank goodness for all the wedding blogs and websites out there. They have been an awesome help!
I'm also open to any ideas! (especially where to go looking for a dress)
For tonight's adventures it's making a rough draft of the guest list, laser tag, and probably some ice cream.
